• All projects are built from an agreed upon plan to the appropriate specifications.
• All materials are hand selected.
• Framing is properly posted with the weight being carried by the wood.
• All deck boards are routered.
• Three inch, coated screws are used to fasten deck boards to the frame and joists.
• Benches are supported by pedestals.
• Support posts for overhangs are laminated on sides with routered 2x4's.

Our Warranty

All woodwork has a 5-year warranty. This warranty does not cover cracking from sun damage, etc. Homeowner should use a water/UV sealant to prevent damage.
