This warranty does not cover cracking from sun damage, etc. Homeowner should use a water/UV sealant to prevent damage.

All rock work is guaranteed two years.

Sprinkler Systems

All systems have a 3-year parts and labor warranty. Some components will have a 5-year warranty from the manufacturer which we will honor 100%.

Lighting

Warranty: 3-year parts and labor on fixtures and transformers.
